This place was a tropical paradise, the weather was perfect. Jason finished with the stomach area and said we would finish with the cobbler pose and he would stretch my thigh and groin area. I arrived at the yoga retreat around 3pm, scouted out the facilities and look over the schedules. I loved hot yoga and wasn’t able to do it often because of the expense of the class due to the heating in a colder climate. At 4:30pm, I entered the class room and the temperature was hot!
