I scored it from an editor I knew back in the day. Couldn’t drink to that. I feel I pretty much got the saved thing going on for me from my Catholic inculcation, that confirmation and baptism stuff, but I didn’t want to test the hot waters in the face of that beautiful sound. I couldn’t help but chuckle at what I had just gone through. Balance precarious. It made sense. And it scared the hell out of me.
